Ordering and Payment
You may order online or by phone. We love to talk with our customers.
Payment methods include: American Express, Discover, Mastercard, VISA, PayPal, school checks, money orders, cashier checks, and School Purchase Orders. A copy of your School PO (with an authorized signature) must be received by fax, email, or mail before your order is processed.
To ensure you receive your order on time, please order early and submit your deadline in the box provided. Keep in mind that custom orders normally ship within 5-7 business days. During our busy season, August - October, production time may be 2-3 weeks. We will do our best to accommodate your deadlines. If we cannot meet your deadline, we will notify you with options.
All getpoms.com orders that exceed $1,000 will receive free shipping. Free shipping does not include hoops, bags, rooters, or orders shipping outside the continental US.
Because we ship with Fed Ex, we cannot ship to PO Boxes. No signature is required for our Fed Ex deliveries. If your home is not in a secure location, we suggest shipping to your business. We do not take responsibility for stolen packages. You will receive a Fed Ex tracking email once your order ships, so you can follow your order along the way. Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org for air shipping quotes. Air shipping is not recommended for megaphones.
Outside USA Orders
Orders outside the continental US must equal $100 worth of product, not including shipping costs. Typically, we use USPS for our overseas customers. If there is a shipping discrepancy from our shopping cart, you will be notified with options. Customers not located in the continental US should allow at least 3 weeks for delivery. Free shipping is not available for orders shipping outside the continental US.
Sales tax is required for non-tax-exempt Texas residents.
Our poms are made in the USA, which means superior quality. They are fade-proof, waterproof, and shed-proof. In case of a manufacturing defect, items must be returned within 30 days to receive replacements.
Our goal is for you to be completely satisfied with your merchandise. However, because custom orders are made just for you, they are not returnable or refundable. Additionally, all sales on our discounted sale poms are final. If you are not satisfied with your stock poms, you may return them within 21 days for a refund provided the poms have not been used. After inspection, we will credit your account minus a 15-30% restocking fee. The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.
