ORDERING and shipping INFORMATION:

• Cheerleading poms are sold by the piece, not pair. For a pair of pom poms, please order two poms.
  
  
• Payment methods include: money orders, school checks, school purchase orders, Visa, Mastercard. American Express and Discover are accepted through PayPal. A copy of the school PO must be faxed (or mailed in) before an order may be processed. Fax number is 972.385.3365.
  
  
• You may order your custom pom poms online or by calling 972.385.3035 to speak to us personally.
  
  
• Minimum purchase: 
  FOR POMS: 6 indentical pom poms OR 3 styles with 2 identical pom poms in each style. (Ex. 2 white, 2 gold, and 2 blue = 6 poms)
  
  FOR MEGAPHONES AND BAGS: Minimum order of 3 bags or megaphones. A service fee of $10 will be added in our office when ordering less than 3 megaphones or 3 bags.
  
  
• Because there is a 6 pom minimum on any pom order, it's a good idea to get at least 1 extra pair of poms in case of loss.
  
  
• Overseas orders must equal $100 worth of product not including shipping costs. Email us for a shipping quote.
  
  
• Our custom pom pons are made to your specifications. We do not accept returns except in the case of manufacturing error or defect.
  
  
• Call for a free sample swatch booklet for poms or bags if you are unsure of colors. You must be 18 or older and be affiliated with a cheer leading/dance organization to receive a sample swatch booklet. Offer good for US shipping addresses only. All Information Required on Online submission form.
